Six rules, no fine print. Breaking them gets a warning; making a habit of it gets a ban.
01What this place is
A forum run by the same crew as the shop, kept deliberately separate from it. The shop holds no accounts and this forum holds no orders — nothing here can be joined to anything there. Use a pseudonym; that's the norm, not the exception.
02Getting in
Customers get an instant-access link in their dispatch email — redeem it at signup and you can post immediately. Anyone else can apply: a human approves the account, and the first post is also reviewed before it appears. After that, you post like everyone else.
03Keep it civil
Argue with posts, not people. No dogpiling, no doxxing, no screenshots of private conversations. Mods remove what crosses the line and will say why.
04No sourcing, no shilling
Don't post sources, group buys, or price lists for other vendors, and don't advertise anything. Feedback on the shop — good or bad — is welcome in Site Feedback; the same complaints-included policy as the reviews page applies here.
05Not medical advice
Nothing on this forum is medical advice, and staff won't make claims they can't back — the shop's rule, applied here. Personal experience is fine to share; presenting it as instruction is not.
06Privacy, bluntly
Email is optional and only ever used for password recovery. Don't post your own order numbers, addresses or tracking, and never someone else's anything. Posts are public — write like it.
